1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items such as baby bottles, breast pumps, pacifiers, diapers, and skincare products are non-returnable once opened. Clothing and accessories may be returned only if unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

3. Wrong Item Delivered
